1. Data Sovereignty & Offline Processing
VoxVault is built on the principle of Absolute Privacy. Unlike traditional AI meeting assistants, VoxVault operates entirely offline. All audio capture, neural speech-to-text (STT) processing, and large language model (LLM) summarization occur directly on your device's hardware. Your data never leaves your physical device.
2. Information Collection
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, audio recordings, transcripts, or meeting summaries to our servers. All information generated within the app is stored in an encrypted database (SQLCipher) and secure internal storage accessible only by you.
3. Security Infrastructure
- AES-256 Encryption: Raw audio files are encrypted immediately after recording using hardware-backed keys.
- Biometric Lock: Access to your stored intelligence is cryptographically bound to your device's biometric sensors (Fingerprint/Face ID).
- Zero Telemetry: We do not track your usage, location (unless explicitly enabled in settings), or app interactions.
4. Compliance Standards
VoxVault's architecture is designed to meet the world's strictest data protection standards:
- HIPAA: No PHI (Protected Health Information) is ever transmitted over a network.
- GDPR: You retain 100% ownership and control over your data. Deletion is atomic and permanent.
- CCPA: We do not sell, share, or process your personal information because we never receive it.
5. Third-Party Services
VoxVault does not integrate with third-party cloud AI providers. The neural engines (Whisper and Gemma) are embedded directly within the application binary.
